As an Analyst on the Risk Management team, you will review and process all incoming incident reports to determine the need to file an insurance claim, act as a liaison to the third party claims administrator, conduct statistical claims analysis and prepare management reports. What does that mean? Let's break it down into your soon-to-be responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review and direct all liability and workers' compensation claims administration with insurer and /or third-party administrator.
  • Develop and maintain necessary management reports, including trended loss reports.
  • Ensure all claims data is correctly input into the RMIS.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or economics, or commensurate experience.
  • ARM desired, but not essential.
  • Proficient use of claims management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access software.
  • One-to-three years of insurance experience, preferably in claims administration.
  • Knowledge of general liability and workers' compensation claims.
  • Knowledge of risk management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
