As an Analyst on the Risk Management team, you will review and process all incoming incident reports to determine the need to file an insurance claim, act as a liaison to the third party claims administrator, conduct statistical claims analysis and prepare management reports. What does that mean? Let's break it down into your soon-to-be responsibilities:

Monitor, review and direct all liability and workers' compensation claims administration with insurer and /or third-party administrator.
Develop and maintain necessary management reports, including trended loss reports.
Ensure all claims data is correctly input into the RMIS.

As an Analyst in Risk Management at AMC, you’ll need:

A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or economics, or commensurate experience.
ARM desired, but not essential.
Proficient use of claims management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access software.
One-to-three years of insurance experience, preferably in claims administration.
Knowledge of general liability and workers' compensation claims.
Knowledge of risk management systems.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
