As a Coordinator, Technology & Systems, you are responsible for providing support to the team by performing administrative and back-office duties that require exceptional analytical skills. Duties will include performing special projects such as data analysis for executive-level presentations and handling details of highly confidential projects. What does that mean? Let's break it down into your soon-to-be responsibilities:

  • Support the senior vice president and departmental personnel in office administrative details.
  • Extract, analyze and prepare information for analysis and meetings. Extract, analyze and review Technology & Systems G&A budgets on a monthly basis with Technology & Systems department heads.
  • Manage special projects using analytical and organizational skills (i.e. department reporting, office moves, etc.)
  • Responsible for standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mail, arranging travel and answering phones.
  • Monitor department budget, code invoices for payment and process expense reports.
  • Coordinate with Technology & Systems administrative personnel relating to the company goals and objectives.
  • Actively involved in ongoing key projects of the Technology & Systems team.

As a Coordinator, Technology & Systems, you’ll need:

  • An associate's degree.
  • Two years of operations experience.
  • Five years of executive support experience along with extensive training and knowledge in usage of computer software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective and consistent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop, edit, and/or produce professional, clear and consistent internal and external written communication to AMC Home Office departments, theatres, and senior management.
  • Experience with computer applications & software (Microsoft Office Suites and Oracle).
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, including ability to analyze data.
  • Able to interact with senior management, external vendors and guests in a tactful and effective manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative, yet function well in a team environment.
  • Monitor department budget, code invoices for payment and process expense reports.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when necessary in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of AMC's policies and procedures.
